Karen Rose Vardeleon
Karen Rose "Kay" V. Vardeleon, RPsy, RPm, CSCOP is one of the founding partners of Childfam-Possibilities Psychosocial Services. Kay graduated with an MA Counseling Psychology degree from the Ateneo de Manila University and a BS Psychology degree, cum laude, from the University of Santo Tomas. She is a PAP-Certified Specialist in Counseling Psychology, a licensed Psychologist and a licensed Psychometrician.
She is currently completing her PhD in Family Studies at Miriam College. She currently has 19 years of professional practice. Her work to date includes: guidance counselor for the University of Santo Tomas, counselor/trainer/formator for UGAT Foundation, Inc., consultant for the Center for Human Resource Strategies- Asia and the Center for Small Entrepreneurs, and independent provider of personal and organizational development interventions for various clienteles.
Her scholarly work includes "Building a Network of Senior Leaders and Peer Counselors in an Urban Slum in the Philippines: An Action Research" , "Proposed Counseling Objectives for Enhancing Grit in Young People" delivered at the 51st Annual Convention of the Philippine Guidance and Counseling Association and "Attachment Styles of Adolescents to Migrant Mother and Left-Behind Father and its Relationship to Self-Esteem, Locus of Control and Coping Style" delivered at the Joint ASEAN Regional Union of Psychological Societies (ARUPS) 4th Congress and 50th Psychological Association of the Philippines (PAP) Annual Convention.
Jasmin Merejilla Castillo, MA, RPsy , is a Registered Psychologist whose expertise is in line with children and adolescents and has been in this field for 19 years now. She earned her Masteral Degree in Clinical Psychology in the University of Santo Tomas and took her oath in 2013 as a qualifier of the grandfather’s clause. She was a former private tutor in Nicholas Andrews Academy; and gained four years experience working with children with special needs at St. Anne’s Special school as a teacher and Assistant Coordinator. Year 2005 when she began her private clinical practice - where she has been a former Consultant and Partner of various Institutions like Tahanan ng Pagmamahal Inc., Progress Integrated Center, God’s Little Creations, Health Care Center, Social Security System Health Care Department and Possibilities Psychological Solutions. She was also a former teaching faculty of the Golden Link College Foundation in 2009 and the Program Coordinator of the same school in 2012.
Awarded in 2005 as the “Most Versatile Member of the Year” and “Program Planning and Performing Companion of the Year” by the Philippine Graphological Society Inc. Among her online articles include “Barbie Gets Real” featured in Manila Bulletin and “How to Help Children Cope with Trauma and Disaster” featured in Smart Parenting. A guest expert in television shows since 2009, with her appearances in GMA 7 Unang Hirit, Jessica Soho State of the Nation Address, Eat Bulaga, TV5 Happy Life, Happy Wife, Ijuander, Misteryo, ABS-CBN DZMM tele-radyo and CNN Philippines. Founder of ChildFam Philippines Co. in 2013 and co-founded Childfam-Possibilities Psychosocial Services Co. in 2015. She is currently its Managing Partner for Operations and Attending Psychologist to children and adolescents. She too at present is the Board Secretary of KnK Children without Borders Philippines, Board member of Philippine Graphological Society Inc., Associate of Psychological Association of the Philippines, Members of Philippine Association for Child and Play Therapy and Philippine Mental Health Association.
Ana is a Formation teacher at the Child Development Center in Ateneo de Manila Grade School. She has been a guidance counselor for grade school and high school students for more than 10 years. She facilitates team building activities, focused – group discussions, psychological first aid and recollections and has given seminars on Positive Discipline, Career Management, Science and Language of Love among others. She is an MA candidate in Counseling Psychology at the Ateneo de Manila University.
Alessandra Arpon, RPsy
Alessandra T. Arpon is a licensed psychologist working in education, research, counseling, psychological assessment, and other mental health services. She was trained to practice evidence-based psychological assessment and treatments for individuals, groups, and families. She is a graduate of Far Eastern University - Manila (Magna Cum Laude; 2012) and a master’s degree holder in clinical psychology from De La Salle University – Manila (2016) where she is also taking her Ph. D. in clinical counseling psychology (2020).
Aless is currently a faculty member of the psychology department at De La Salle University - Manila. She is also a part of a research team that studies the parenting intervention for children with autism spectrum disorder. Prior to teaching and research, Aless used to be a counselor handling college students with concerns related to family conflicts, intimate relationships, sexual identity, academic motivation, and emotion dysregulationeasy.
Henmar Cardino, RPm, CSIOP
Henmar C. Cardiño is a Registered Psychometrician and PAP Certified Specialist in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. In 2017, he finished his Diploma in Industrial Relations at University of the Philippines - Diliman and his Master’s degree in Psychology with specialization in Industrial Psychology at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines on 2013. He earned his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology Major in Guidance and Counseling at the University of Caloocan City in the year 2011.
He was a former Asst. Professor Lecturer I at De La Salle Araneta University and previously at University of Caloocan City as Asst. Professor II. In addition, He worked as a HRD Officer (Asst. Manager II) at Manila Jockey Club, Inc., where he was awarded as one of the company's Outstanding Employees in 2015, 2016, and 2017. During his college years, he was a working student, and was even one of the pioneer members of the McDonald’s Zabarte Service Crew.
His research entitled “Pagharap ng Kabataan Ng Kalookan sa Hamon ng Buhay” was presented at ika-43 Pambansang Kumperensiya sa Sikolohiyang Pilipino at Ateneo de Manila University and on 2017 Psychology Research Congress at De La Salle Araneta University. He is a consistent workshop facilitator on Annual Convention of Psychological Association of the Philippines Junior Affiliates (PAPJA) since 2017.
Florllyn Bassi de la Pena
Florlynn "Len" L. Bassi - dela Pena is a veteran at bringing out the best in others. Her extensive experience includes work in people management, team building,training, operations, marketing, and customer care.
Len is currently the Executive Director of the Center for Small Entrepreneurs (CSE), a non-stock, non-profit center focused on empowering the enterprising poor. Prior to working at CSE, she served as HR Officer in Training and Development for Stateland, Inc., HR Head of Florabel Group of Restaurants, Training and Operations Supervisor of T Communications & Community, and Manager of Jollibee Foods Corporation.
She holds a B.S. Psychology degree from the University of Santo Tomas where she was a San Lorenzo Ruiz scholar. She has also completed courses in Commitment-Building, Unleashing Personal Potentials, and Steven Covey's 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. Len is active in Christian ministry and serves as youth group leader for the Vessel of Firepower Ministries Inc.
Raymundo Faustino Jr. PhD, RPsy
Raymundo “Bong” Faustino, PhD, RPsy is an Associate Professor of Bulacan State University and has served for two years as Head of the Bulacan State University Wellness Center. Bong is also a Professional Lecturer at the La Consolacion University Graduate School.
A licensed psychologist and a practicing clinician, Bong regularly conducts assessment and intervention for teens and adults with depression, anxiety, and other well-being concerns. As Assessment Head of Childfam Philippines Co., and as an independent professional, he regularly conducts appraisal of children, teens, and adults in support of educational, clinical, and forensic objectives.
Bong earned his PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Santo Tomas. He is an Associate Member of the Psychological Association of the Philippines.

Marie Franz Gavino, RPsy
Ms. Franz is a La Sallian by blood and a Bedan by heart who took her undergraduate degree in Bachelor of Science in Psychology at San Beda University and graduated from De La Salle University with a degree in Master of Science in Psychology major in Clinical Psychology. She was able to explore the different areas of the field in various settings.
She had her practice at UP-Philippine General Hospital (UP-PGH) and Philippine Mental Health Association (PMHA) both for therapy and psychological assessment. She was a Personality Development High School teacher in the Special Programs Department of St. Mary of the Woods School. Currently, she is working at Smart Driving Corporation as Chief Administrative Officer and as Consultant Psychologist for Psychotherapy and Psychological Assessment at Childfam Possibilities Psychosocial Services. Furthermore, she is also working as a resident counselor and Youth Leader trainer in Archdiocesan Shrine of Divine Mercy – Mandaluyong.
Shiela Marie G. Hocson, RPsy, RGC, RPm, CSCOP & CSAP
Dr. Sheila Marie G. Hocson, is a professional organization president, guidance director, accreditor, human resource practitioner, consultant, author, curriculum developer, educator, trainer, researcher, anti bullying spokesperson and advocate for family, marriage, life, and child protection. Currently, she's the Guidance Director of FEU Manila and Makati branches that oversees the management of the different programs and services of the FEU-Guidance & Counseling Office. She was formerly a Senior Guidance Counselor of University of Santo Tomas for eleven years and an HR practitioner handling training, recruitment, movement, assessment, and promotion. As a consultant and educator, she's currently the consultant of St Joseph's College, Graduate School for Guidance and Counseling, 5 BC, Childfam Possibilites Psychological Solutions and REX RISE Foundation. Moreover, she's also a professor at the FEU Graduate School for Education and Psychology Department and a Research Adviser and Panelist at UST
Graduate School, FEU Graduate School, DLSU Graduate School & St Joseph's QC Graduate School. As a researcher, she has published a number of articles in professional journals and presented researches in national and international conventions. Furthermore, she's the editor in chief of FEU-G &C's Reseach Digest and G & C's Newsletter. Dr. Hocson, earned a certificate course on Globalization of School Psychology at University of Nebraska Kearney, USA. She also earned all her degrees ( Ph.D. in Guidance and Counseling, M.A. in Clinical Psychology, B.S. Psychology- Magna Cum Laude and Cum Laude) in UST. She earned her 12 units of Special Education at St. Joseph's Graduate School. She's also a registered guidance counselor, registered teacher, registered psychologist, registered psychometrician, certified counseling psychologist and certified assessment psychologist. Some of her achievements are being the most outstanding faculty club member of UST Guidance and Counseling Department on SY 2008-2009 during the Tanglaw Awards and having FEU-G&C won the PGCA's best guidance program and services in the country last May 2011. Likewise, she is also a recipient of various grants and scholarships.

Dr. Francisco M. Lambojon, jr is currently a professor of psychology and philosophy at the University of Makati. He is a counseling consultant at the Childfam-Possibilities Inc., Quezon City. A volunteer-On Call Guidance Counselor at the University of Makati.
He finished his Doctor of Education in Educational Administration and Master of Arts in Psychology at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology at St. Joseph’s College in Quezon City.
He is a Registered Psychologist and a License Massage Therapist. A practicing psychologist and guidance counselor adopting Alternative Mental Wellness Therapy. He is a lecturer for board review for psychologist and psychometrician. He co-authored a book on Psychological Statistics.
An active member of Psychological Association of the Philippines, Founding Member of the University of Makati Circle of Professional Educators, and of the 102nd Squadron of the Philippine Coast Guard Auxilliary.
Maria Ciello Lleno, LPT & RPm
Ciello is a licensed professional teacher and licensed Psychometrician currently teaching socio-emotional learning skills of school aged children. She is a Certified Positive Discipline educator. She is a regular volunteer and speaker at the Discovery Weekend Marriage Preparation foundation. She is currently taking her PhD in Clinical Psychology at the Ateneo de Manila University.
Ma. Aileen Marges
Ma. Aileen "Sugus" Marges is a seasoned team building, seminar, and student retreat/ recollection facilitator, as well as motivational speaker. Her formation programs cover topics like self-image, God's love in the family, gratitude and discernment, and following Christ in all choices.
Sugus is active in the psycho-spiritual formation of young people. She is a volunteer mentor/facilitator for UGAT Foundation's PANATAG program for children of overseas workers, and a youth leader for the Antioch Community of Our Lady of the Pillar (Imus) Cathedral. Sugus graduated with a BS Business Administration major in Business Management degree from De La Salle University- Dasmarinas.

Ms. Moog’s academic preparation in Psychology (BS), Guidance and Counseling (MA), Human Resource Administration (MPA), Counseling Psychology (Ph.D.-ongoing) are wonderfully crafted to make her an effective registered guidance counselor, registered psychometrician and a certified counseling psychologist. Her long years and very satisfactory 18 years work experience in the academe as a staff, a professor and a counselor has influenced students and colleagues to effectively help themselves.
She is into administrative work, Guidance Coordinator of the University of the East-Caloocan, for almost 7 years, wherein the job includes planning, developing, implementing, controlling, monitoring and evaluating the guidance services and programs delivered. She is also hands on in terms of direct clinical services to the clients such as psychological/behavioral assessment, individual and group psychotherapy where positive feedback among those who were helped is evident. She has been a resource speaker and workshop facilitator in terms of promoting psychological well-being locally and nationally through seminars and trainings.
She served as the Chair of the Integrated Professional Counselors Association of the Philippines (IPCAP) from March 2015 to April 2018.
