To set an appointment for counseling, psychotherapy or psychiatric consultation, kindly accomplish the inquiry form below.

Our Clinic Associate Admins will revert with an offer of schedule for your online session. 

We will also ask you to accomplish an intake form and an informed consent form prior

to the appointment, along with instructions on how you can settle the session fee.

Individual Counseling/Therapy is P2200 per session,

Couple or Family Counseling/Therapy is P3000/session, 

while Psychiatric Consult is P2500-P3000/session (depending on consultant). 
Each session is through the Zoom Application, averaging 1 hour.

Due to the high volume of client appointment requests and our consultants' case load, 

we may revert with an initial schedule offer and appointment confirmations within 24-72 hours.
