JASMIN CASTILLO, RPSY

Partner, Director of Clinic Operations

Jasmin Castillo, RPsy is a registered psychologist whose expertise is in line with children and adolescents. She has been in professional practice in the field of Psychology for 20 years.


Jas earned her Masteral Degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Santo Tomas and she took her oath as a registered Psychologist in 2013 as a qualifier of the RA 10029's grandfather’s clause.  She worked as a private tutor in Nicholas Andrews Academy and gained several years experience working with children with special needs at St. Anne’s Special school, both as a teacher and Assistant Coordinator.


Year 2005 was when she began her private clinical practice - where she provided consultancy services for various Institutions including Tahanan ng Pagmamahal Inc., Progress Integrated Center, God’s Little Creations, Health Care Center, Social Security System Health Care Department, and Possibilities Psychological Solutions. She was also a faculty member of the Golden Link College Foundation and a Program Coordinator of the same school.


Awarded in 2005 as the “Most Versatile Member of the Year” and “Program Planning and Performing Companion of the Year” by the Philippine Graphological Society Inc., Jas has been featured in popular media for her insights and advocacy work. Among her online articles include “Barbie Gets Real” featured in Manila Bulletin and “How to Help Children Cope with Trauma and Disaster” featured in Smart Parenting. She also appeared as guest expert in television shows, with appearances in GMA 7 Unang Hirit, Jessica Soho State of the Nation Address, Eat Bulaga, TV5 Happy Life, Happy Wife, Ijuander, Misteryo, ABS-CBN DZMM tele-radyo and CNN Philippines.


Founder of ChildFam Philippines Co. and co-founder of Childfam-Possibilities Psychosocial Services,  Jas is currently its Managing Partner for Clinic Operations as well as Attending Psychologist to children and adolescents.  Aside from CPPS, she also serves as  Board Secretary of KnK Children without Borders Philippines and Board member of Philippine Graphological Society Inc. She is also a member of the Psychological Association of the Philippines, Philippine Association for Child and  Play Therapy, and the Philippine Mental Health Association.

KAREN ROSE VARDELEON, RPSY

Partner, Director of Workplace Services

Karen Rose Vardeleon, RPsy is one of the founding partners of Childfam-Possibilities Psychosocial Services. Kay graduated with an MA Counseling Psychology degree from the Ateneo de Manila University and a BS Psychology degree from the University of Santo Tomas. She is a Psychological Association of the Philippines-Certified Specialist in Counseling and Assessment Psychology, a licensed Psychologist and a licensed Psychometrician.
 
She is currently completing her PhD in Family Studies at Miriam College. She currently has 19 years of professional practice. Her work to date includes: guidance counselor for the University of Santo Tomas, counselor/trainer/formator for UGAT Foundation, Inc., consultant for the Centre for Human Resource Strategies- Asia, Positive Workplaces, and the Center for Small Entrepreneurs, and independent provider of personal and organizational development interventions for various clienteles.
 
Her scholarly work includes papers on peer counseling and leadership among Filipino senior citizens, attachment styles among Filipino children of OFWs and enhancing grit among young people.

AIRA DIAZ, RPM

Operations Manager

Aira Diaz, RPm is CPPS' Operations Manager, overseeing the clinic, corporate accounts, and special projects. Though she works behind the scenes, she is the backbone of the clinic, overseeing the integral functions of center operations, including human resources, clinic compliances, and finance. 


Aia graduated with a BS Psychology degree, Honor's Diploma, from Kalayaan College, Quezon City. She is a licensed psychometrician.


Aside from CPPS, she serves as a youth ministry counselor in her church, supporting college-aged members. Her natural knack at organizing and love of photography also shows in her side hustle of coordinating and assisting in weddings, events, and photoshoots.

Aia's work-to-date includes experiences as a Student Assistant, a Human Resources Associate and a  Production Assistant.

ROBERT RILVERIA, RPSY

Clinical Growth Champion


John Robert C. Rilveria is a licensed psychologist with training and expertise in applied behavior analysis, cognitive therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, and schema therapy. 


He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Behavioral Sciences, cum laude, at the University of the Philippines, Manila and his Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology at the University of the Philippines, Diliman. He is currently pursuing his doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology with minor in Personality Psychology at the same university.


He is working as an assistant professor at the UP Diliman, Department of Psychology. In addition, he serves as part of the clinical research team of UPD Psychosocial Services (PsycServ). For Childfam-Possibilities Psychosocial Services, Robert serves as Clinical Growth Champion: working as a consultant, facilitating programs geared towards supervision,  education , and professional growth of its team of psychologists and counselors.


His research interests include: the development of therapeutic alliance, client-therapist alliance as a psychotherapy tool, rupture and repair of therapeutic relationships, and supervisory alliance.

EMMANUEL CHRISTOPHER IAN ATOLE, RPM

Accounts Relations Manager

Emman Atole, RPm is a registered Psychometrician and currently the  Accounts Relations Manager of CPPS Work, the industrial arm of Childfam Possibilities Psychosocial Services. With the team since the inception of the center's workplace mental health program, Emman co-develops, innovates, and oversees Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs ), with mind to the client's unique organizational needs. 

Emman graduated with a B.S. Clinical Psychology degree from the University of Caloocan City and has teaching profession units from the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Valenzuela. He is currently completing his Masteral degree in Pastoral Counseling from the Asian Theological Seminary. His experience-to-date includes Guidance and Counseling Associate for a Quezon City college and HR Associate for a manufacturing company. 


His vocational work includes service as one of the pioneering pastors of the Bethel Ministry Christian Family Church, Chief Advocate - Chaplain of the Values Formation and Spiritual Transformation Council Philippines Intl. Inc., and Life Coach for PNP KaSimBayanan & MBK.

He enjoys bonding with his family and a "Tito of the year" awardee for his two nephews, Zeph and Yen. 

MICHELLE CORTIGUERRA, RPM

Program Coordinator- Workplace Accounts

Michelle Cortiguerra, RPm is the Program Coordinator for CPPS WORK's special accounts, providing over-all oversight of the delivery of quality mental health services to client companies. 

Michelle is a registered psychometician. She graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology at the  First Asia Institute of Technology and Humanities (FAITH) and is currently completing her Masters of Arts in Psychology Major in Clinical Psychology at the De La Salle University Dasmarinas, Cavite. Michelle also has a Diploma in Caring for the Child with Special Needs from the University of the Philippines – Open University Los Baños, and completed a Certificate Course in Special Education with specialized training in Early Childhood Education and Care

JAYSON JUNIO

Clinic Admin Associate

Prior to the community quarantine, Jayson oversees the CPPS Magallanes, Makati branch. As we have transitioned to Telehealth, Jayson is now active in coordinating clients and consultants for CPPS's Telehealth Services.


Passionate about Psychology that he pursued the field even when he already has an IT degree,  Jayson is also an active volunteer mental health first aider in Binan, Laguna. He is also a certified life coach. 

JOWIE ADVINCULA, RPSY

Assessment Services Coordinator

Jowie Advincula, RPsy is a licensed psychologist and a licensed psychometrician. She is also a PAP-Certified Specialist for Assessment Psychology. 


Aside from supporting CPPS' Assessment and Testing Services as both coordinator and assessment psychologist, Jowie is a Clinical Psychologist at Ospital ng Makati and a consultant psychologist at St. Arnold Center for Integral Development.


She is an active researcher with publications on various psychology topics. Her specialization are assessment and counseling of children and adult population.

JANINE CRUZ

Clinic Admin Associate

Janine Cruz is one of our hard-working clinic admin associates, handling clinic inquiries, session on-boarding, and schedule coordination. 

She is a BS Psychology graduate from the University of Caloocan City. 

JEREMIAH GEMPESAW, RPM

Clinic Admin Associate - Corporate Accounts

Jeremiah Gempesaw, RPm is registered psychometrician and is the Corporate Accounts Administrative Associate of CPPS WORK. He completed his undergraduate in Psychology at Polytechnic University of the Philippines where he is also currently pursuing his MA in Clinical Psychology.

In his spare time, Miah enjoys singing and playing the guitar.

NINYA GUASIS

Clinic Admin Associate

Ninya Guasis is a recent addition to our growing clinic administrative team. 


Ninya is a graduate of BS in Business Administration major in Marketing Management at Technological Institute of the Philippines.


She is an active volunteer for different outreach programs, as well as a volunteer for the 2019 SEA Games.


She enjoys watching movies and has a pet fish (goldfish) and an adopted cat.
